I ordered a sweater on Dec 12 as a xmas gift. When they sent a confirmation they said it would not arrive until Jan 19. I contacted them immediately. The customer rep said she could not respond but that someone would get back to me soon. I waited three days and called again. The rep said they would cancel the order and refund my money but that it would take 3-5 days for the credit to appear on my credit card. The following day I got an email saying they could not allow the refund because the sweater was customized. I pointed out that the rep had already agreed to give the refund. If the original rep had cancelled when I requested the customization would not have come up. When I was told I was getting a refund I bought another sweater elsewhere. I am a senior and can't afford to buy another sweater that I don't need because the company did not respond in a timely fashion.
I purchased 2 items. A shirt and coffee cup. Items arrived quicker than estimated so I was pleased with that. As it was a gift and I was already late on ordering. However, when my items arrived it was a large box. And when I opened my coffee cup that was wrapped in very little bubble wrap was broken! So much for my gift timing! I went to there site to access customer support and their is computer robots of no help. And only option of returning items damaged is to mail them back and then to be approved and then your refunded! What kind of crap is this. Iailed item back. We will see if I receive a refund. I should have looked at reviews before purchasing anything from the company.

Omg worse experience ever bought my hats online next day they send email they declined for whatever purposes. When called than and spoke with manager she start to ask my questions almost like in policy department just to open my account and make an order again. Just ridiculous
Scam ! cancel the order voluntarily, and no refund will be issued to me. scammers.
Got wrong size hat and online it states you can go to the local store to return or exchange just to find out the cant do anything about it bc i did not buy directly at the store so they told me to follow return protocol on line that ended costing me $9.99 to return or exchange out of my own pocket even though the company had originally charged me $4.99 to have it shipped to me. What a joke. Not to mention that they had a handling fee and taxes that ended up costing me $37.10 to begin with that Im only receiving $19.00 back on. Their value of integrity is not good at all and i will never but from their on line store again. Be aware
Lids hides their lack of service to customers by hiding behind their posting of a "delayed shipping" disclaimer indicating that they could care less about their customers. Package is more than 3 weeks late at this point and yes, Lids, YOU collected the shipping fee from me the customer, so this one is on YOU. Online chat is useless, customer service phone line has absolutely none but the most minimal information and is not empowered to provide any solutions.
Clearly the company is struggling and not solid, but I have to ask - does anyone in decision making there ever even consider providing some type of amends for the errors on the part of Lids ? A credit, a free shipping offer, a discount on another purchase - ANY form of recourse to incentivize customers to make second attempt ?
Based on this, cheap as I am, I will gladly pay more to another provider rather than purchase again from LIDS>
I purchased Detroit Pistons jacket back in December 17th they told me that due to coronavirus that I will not get my package until January. Now they're saying that I won't get my package until February.......so I will NOT buy anything from Libs..com again and I will report them to the State Attorney General!!!!

I ordered for a Human Race top Lids.com were selling. After making the payment I got an email from Lids saying my item should be received by December 9. Just a day prior to getting my order, I was sent an email delaying it to December 30. Now we are close to the date, I just received another email informing me I will receive my paid item on January 19.
Ordered a Bayern Human Race top that I was supposed to receive on December 9 but delivery was postponed to December 30. Now we are close to the date the delivery got pushed again to January 19. Guess what? I spoke to a customer service representative and he could not even help me. Stay away from Lids.com, place your orders elsewhere. Totally disappointed...
Lids outsources support. Don't blame those guys on the other end of the phone if you're clever and persistent enough to even find it because obviously LIDS DOESN'T WANT YOU TO FIND IT or it would be listed next to all their bs claims of 100% satisfaction and blaming covid for all their awful and classless policies. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
Hope you save time and frustration by NOT BUYING FROM LIDS ONLINE. My local shop still has ZERO championship gear at Christmas months after the trophy is decided. This company is run by money grabbers. Stay away.
Paid for a shirt, it never arrived. Tracking number is worthless, they won't refund. 100% UNSATISFIED
Simply the worst. Slow processing and shipping times (16 days to be exact) Then if you want to return anything an extra $15 is charged. The stores are no longer linked to the website. All downhill since fanatics took over. I’ll never order from here again.
